PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane resin for moisture permeable waterproof material having higher durability than that of conventional moisture permeable waterproof materials by achieving both of a hydrophilic segment and polycarbonate.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyurethane resin for moisture permeable waterproof material which is a polyurethane resin (C) having polymer polyol (A) which is a mixture (A1) of polyoxyethylene diol (A11) and polyester polycarbonate diol (A12) and/or a mixture (A2) of (A11), polyester diol (A21) and polycarbonate diol (A22) and organic polyisocyanate (B) as constitutional monomers and has a molar number of an ester group (a) in (A12) and (A21) to the total molar number of (a) and a carbonate group (b) in (A12) and (A22) of 25 to 75 mol%, an oxyethylene group in (A11) to the weight of (C) of 10 to 60 wt.% and an urethane group to the weight of (C) of 11 to 20 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】親水性セグメントとポリカーボネートの両立により従来の透湿防水布用素材よりも高い耐久性を有する透湿防水素材用ポリウレタン樹脂を提供する。【解決手段】ポリオキシエチレンジオール（Ａ１１）とポリエステルポリカーボネートジオール（Ａ１２）の混合物（Ａ１）、及び／又は（Ａ１１）とポリエステルジオール（Ａ２１）とポリカーボネートジオール（Ａ２２）の混合物（Ａ２）である高分子ポリオール（Ａ）並びに有機ポリイソシアネート（Ｂ）を構成単量体とするポリウレタン樹脂（Ｃ）であって、（Ａ１２）及び（Ａ２１）中のエステル基（ａ）と（Ａ１２）及び（Ａ２２）中のカーボネート基（ｂ）の合計モル数に対する（ａ）のモル数が２５〜７５モル％であり、かつ（Ｃ）の重量に対して（Ａ１１）中のオキシエチレン基を１０〜６０重量％含有し、かつ（Ｃ）の重量に対してウレタン基を１１〜２０重量％含有する透湿防水素材用ポリウレタン樹脂。【選択図】なし
