PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance quality of a head rest.SOLUTION: A head rest includes: a head rest main body which is tiltably supported by a stay held on a seat back; a lock part which locks the head rest main body so as not to tilt; and an unlock part which unlocks the lock part. The unlock part includes: an operation button 30 to be pressed; a biasing member 34 which biases the operation button in a direction opposite to a pressing direction of the operation button 30; and a bezel 33 which has a cylindrical wall part 40 and a bottom wall part 41 for housing the operation button 30 so as to move back and forth in the pressing direction, and a locking part 50 for locking the operation button 30 biased by the biasing member 34 and holding the operation button 30 in the cylindrical part 40.
