Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high reliability by reducing a stress to a weld position due to a thermal impulse in a rotary electric machine rotor in which a permanent magnet is connected to a rotor core to which a laminate steel plate is fixed by welding.SOLUTION: A weld part 10, in which a code of a coefficient of thermal expansion is reversed to a magnet steel plate 3 and a permanent magnet 4 constructing a rotor core 2 and which is for welding a plural number of magnet steel plates 3 respectively, is formed so as to be continuously extend along a rotational axial direction, and comprises: a first concave groove part 11 recessing to a diameter second direction R2 side to a reference peripheral surface in a first peripheral surface CP1 in a side of a rotation member 5 in a sectional surface form crossing to a rotation axis; a second concave groove part 12 recessing to the diameter second direction R2 side to the reference peripheral surface CR; and a projection state part 13 projecting to a diameter first direction R1 side by being sandwiched between the first concave groove part 11 and the second concave groove part 12 in a peripheral direction C. A top part 14 of the diameter first direction R1 side of the projection part 13 is formed so as to be positioned closer to the diameter second direction R2 side than the reference peripheral surface CR.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】積層鋼板を溶接により固定したロータコアに永久磁石が接合された回転電機用ロータにおいて、熱衝撃による溶接部位への応力を低減して高い信頼性を確保する。【解決手段】ロータコア2を構成する電磁鋼板3と永久磁石4とは熱膨張係数が逆符号であり、複数枚の電磁鋼板3を互いに溶接するための溶接部10は、回転軸方向に沿って連続して延びるように形成されると共に、回転軸に直交する断面形状において、回転部材5の側の第一周面CP1における基準周面CRに対して径第二方向R2側に窪む第一凹溝部11と、基準周面CRに対して径第二方向R2側に窪む第二凹溝部12と、周方向Cにおいて第一凹溝部11と第二凹溝部12との間に挟まれて径第一方向R1側に突出する突状部13と、を備え、突状部13の径第一方向R1側の頂部14が、基準周面CRよりも径第二方向R2側に位置するように形成される。【選択図】図4
