Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the missing of a temperature in an unsteady part to improve production efficiency.SOLUTION: In a control method of a continuous heat treatment line, a center speed and a heat treatment temperature are set in the following manner so as to secure quality in an unsteady part: to obtain a heat treatment facility temperature in the unsteady part in the case of setting to a maximum center speed from among a target temperature for heat treatment of steady parts in front of and behind the unsteady part, a temperature variation amount in the unsteady part and the maximum center speed; and to obtain a center speed operation amount and the heat treatment facility temperature in the unsteady part by convergence calculation so that the temperature variation amount in the unsteady part in the case of setting to the heat treatment facility temperature is within a preset threshold, and the center speed in the unsteady part is the maximum center speed or below.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】非定常部における温度外れを防止し、生産能率を向上させる。【解決手段】この連続熱処理ラインの制御方法は、非定常部の前後にある定常部の熱処理の目標温度、非定常部における温度変動量および最大中央速度とから、仮に最大中央速度に設定した場合の非定常部の熱処理設備温度を求め、熱処理設備温度とした場合の非定常部の温度変動量が予め設定された閾値以内となり、かつ、非定常部における中央速度が最大中央速度以下となるように、収束計算により、非定常部での中央速度操作量および熱処理設備温度を求め、非定常部での品質を確保するように、中央速度および熱処理温度を設定する。【選択図】図4 |
