Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling medium circulation device capable of improving heating efficiency at a refrigeration cycle.SOLUTION: A cooling medium circulation device 5 mounted on a heatable and coolable vehicle by using a refrigeration cycle 2 includes a device heat exchanging part 51 for exchanging heat between a cooling medium and a heating device, a heat radiation part 52a for radiating the heat of the cooling medium, and a cooling medium heat exchanging part 52c for exchanging heat between the cooling medium and the refrigerant of the refrigeration cycle 2.
