Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of ophthalmic laser treatment.SOLUTION: A laser treatment device according to an embodiment comprises an illumination system, a radiation system, a setting part, a determination part and a control part. The illumination system illuminates eyes of a patient with slit light. The radiation system radiates a laser beam to the eyes of the patient. The setting part sets a pattern of the laser beam to be radiated to the eyes of the patient. The determination part determines an orientation of the slit light on the basis of the pattern set by the setting part.
