Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion apparatus capable of easily replacing circuits constituting the apparatus while suppressing a charging current to an uncharged capacitor.SOLUTION: A conversion circuit module 1 includes: an IGBT 2a; an IGBT 2b connected to the IGBT 2a in series; a first terminal 12a connected to the IGBT 2a; a second terminal 12b connected to the IGBT 2b; a capacitor 4 connected to the first terminal 12a and the second terminal 12b; and a third terminal 12c connected to a node between the IGBT 2a and the IGBT 2b. A fourth terminal 6a is engaged with the first terminal 12a. A fifth terminal 6b is engaged with the second terminal 12b. A sixth terminal 6c is engaged with the third terminal 12c.
