PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable proper data access between a plurality of devices having different identifier systems.SOLUTION: A first system transmits identification information of a predetermined user to a server device, in association with specifying information included in disclosure information to specify the predetermined user, and transmits the disclosure information to a second system, in response to a transmission request including the identification information of the predetermined user. The second system transmits the identification information of the predetermined user to the server device, in association with the specifying information, and transmits a transmission request for the disclosure information to the first system, together with the identification information of the predetermined user.
