Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas concentration measuring system and method capable of measuring a gas of a low-concentration sterile chemical with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A gas concentration measuring system 1 comprises: a three-way valve 11 including a gas concentration measuring instrument 13 which measures concentration of a measuring target gas for sterilizing the inside of an isolator 20 via a piping 10, an input end P11 which is provided on the isolator 20 side of the piping 10 and to which the isolator 20 is connected, an input end P12 to which a purge gas PG is input, and an output end P13 which selectively communicates with any one of the input end P11 and the input end P12; and a three-way valve 12 including an output end P22 which is provided on the gas concentration measuring instrument 13 side of the piping 10 and to which the gas concentration measuring instrument 13 is connected, an output end P23 to which the purge gas PG is output, and an input end P21 which is connected to the output end P13 of the three-way valve 11 and selectively communicates with any one of the output end P22 and the output end P23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】低濃度の滅菌薬品のガスを高い精度をもって測定することが可能なガス濃度測定システム及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】ガス濃度測定システム1は、配管10を介してアイソレータ20の内部を滅菌する測定対象ガスの濃度を測定するガス濃度測定器13と、配管10のアイソレータ20側に設けられ、アイソレータ20が接続される入力端P11と、パージガスPGが入力される入力端P12と、入力端P11と入力端P12との何れか一方と選択的に連通する出力端P13とを有する三方弁11と、配管10のガス濃度測定器13側に設けられ、ガス濃度測定器13が接続される出力端P22と、パージガスPGが出力される出力端P23と、三方弁11の出力端P13に接続されて出力端P22と出力端P23との何れか一方と選択的に連通する入力端P21とを有する三方弁12とを備える。【選択図】図1
