Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus of a mechanical parking system, which can shorten a user's waiting time, the mechanical parking system, a control method, and a control program.SOLUTION: A vacant pallet 16P is arranged in a storage and retrieval part 14 during a period when the storage and retrieval of a vehicle 12 are not performed. When the vehicle 12 is put into storage, a storage object vehicle 12R is loaded on the vacant pallet 16P serving as the storage and retrieval part. Subsequently, a storage pallet 16R is conveyed to a storage floor, corresponding to the type of the storage object vehicle 12R, of a plurality of storage floors 20a, 20b and 20c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
