Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous printing ink composition for paper container that has good ink transferability in overprinting while maintaining an alcohol-dilutability and is excellent in gloss of a printed matter.SOLUTION: The aqueous printing ink composition comprises an aqueous binder resin including (A) an acrylic emulsion and (B) an alkali-soluble acrylic resin in which 1) the acrylic emulsion (A) has a core/shell structure, has a glass transition temperature of 50°C or less and is composed of a shell part containing 20 to 60 wt% of a (meth)acrylic acid ester and 2 to 10 wt% of a (meth)acrylic acid and a core part containing 15 to 40 wt% of styrene and 10 to 30 wt% of a (meth)acrylic acid ester; and 2) the weight ratio of the solid content of the acrylic emulsion (A) and the solid content of the alkali-soluble acrylic resin (B) is 95:5 to 80:20.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】紙器用の水性印刷インキにおいて、アルコール希釈性を維持しつつ重ね印刷のインキ転移性が良好で、印刷物の光沢に優れる印刷インキ組成物を提供することにある。【解決手段】水性バインダー樹脂がアクリルエマルジョン(A)とアルカリ可溶性アクリル樹脂(B)を含む水性印刷インキ組成物であり、1)アクリルエマルジョン(A)がコア/シェル構造を有し、ガラス転移温度が50℃以下であり、シェル部分が(メタ)アクリル酸エステル20〜60重量%、(メタ)アクリル酸2〜10重量%、コア部分がスチレン15〜40重量%、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル10〜30重量%、2)アクリルエマルジョン(A)とアルカリ可溶性アクリル樹脂(B)の固形分の重量比率が95:5〜80:20であることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし |
