PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic that gives tint which is substantially the same as a cosmetic containing conventional brilliant pigment despite high photochromic properties that the cosmetic has.SOLUTION: There is provided a cosmetic containing photochromic brilliant pigment and binder, in which the photochromic brilliant pigment contains: titanium mica including mica and a layer containing titanium oxide which coats the mica; and photochromic activator carried on a surface of the mica and/or inside or on a surface of the layer containing titanium oxide, and an average particle diameter of the photochromic activator is less than 0.7 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、高いフォトクロミック性を有していながらも、従来の光輝性顔料を含む化粧料と、実質的に変わらない色彩を与える化粧料を与える。【解決手段】フォトクロミック光輝性顔料及びバインダーを含有する化粧料であって、前記フォトクロミック光輝性顔料が、雲母及び前記雲母を被覆している酸化チタン含有層を含む雲母チタンと、前記雲母の表面及び／又は前記酸化チタン含有層の内部若しくは表面に担持されているフォトクロミック性賦活剤とを含み、前記フォトクロミック性賦活剤の平均粒径が０．７μｍ未満である、化粧料。【選択図】なし
