Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor assembly which suppresses the variation of magnetic flux density distribution, an electric blower and a vacuum cleaner which employ the rotor assembly and are easily dynamically balanced.SOLUTION: The rotor assembly comprises: a rotary shaft that is provided in a freely rotatable manner; a centrifugal impeller that is provided at one end of the rotary shaft; a rotor core that is provided at the other end of the rotary shaft; and at least one bearing part that is provided between the centrifugal impeller and the rotor core. The rotor core is characterized in that magnetization is performed during molding while filling a cavity of a metal die which is provided in such a manner that a line connecting a pair of gates becomes parallel to an orientation magnetic field forming a pair of magnetic poles with a mixture of magnetic powder and a resin via the pair of gates in the state where the orientation magnetic field is applied, or the magnetization is performed by applying the orientation magnetic field after molding by filling the cavity of the metal die with the mixture via the pair of gates, such that a weld is formed near a boundary of the magnetic poles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】磁束密度分布のバラツキを抑えたロータ組立体、このロータ組立体を使用した動的なバランスをとりやすくした電動送風機、及び、電気掃除機を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】回転自在に設けられた回転軸と、前記回転軸の一端に設けられた遠心羽根車と、前記回転軸の他端に設けられたロータコアと、前記遠心羽根車と前記ロータコアとの間に設けられた少なくとも一つの軸受部と、からなるロータ組立体であって、前記ロータコアは、一対のゲートを結ぶ線が一対の磁極を形成する配向磁場に対して平行となる様に設けられた金型のキャビティ内に、前記配向磁場を付与した状態で前記一対のゲートを経て磁性粉と樹脂との混合物を充填しつつ成形中に着磁することにより、又は、前記混合物を金型のキャビティ内に一対のゲートを経て充填して成形した後に前記配向磁場を付与して着磁することによりウエルドを磁極の境界付近に形成したことを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
