Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy a requirement for a method without deteriorating productivity while achieving both properties of abrasion resistance and low rolling resistance of a tire, which are strongly required recently for overcoming problems that peeling of a crosslinking agent during a vulcanization reaction hardly occurs, the vulcanization rate is low and productivity is deteriorated because a C-S bond contained in the crosslinking agent has stronger binding power than an S-S bond in a technology for blending the crosslinking agent consisting of an alkyl group-introduced cyclic polysulfide instead of sulfur which has been used as the crosslinking agent.SOLUTION: The above described problem is solved by a rubber composition by blending 100 pts.mass of a diene rubber, 10 to 200 pts.mass of a reinforcement filler, for example 0.1 to 20 pts.mass of anthraquinone sodium sulfonate, and 0.1 to 10 pts.mass of specific cyclic polysulfide.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】架橋剤として用いられてきた硫黄に代わって、アルキル鎖を導入した環状ポリスルフィドからなる架橋剤を配合する技術が知られている。しかしこの架橋剤に含まれるC−S結合は、S−S結合と比べて強い結合力を有するため、加硫反応中に架橋剤の解離が起こりづらく、加硫速度が遅くなり生産性が悪化するという問題があった。また近年では耐摩耗性以外にタイヤの低転がり抵抗化が強く求められており、これらの特性を両立しつつ、生産性を損なわないような手法が求められている。【解決手段】ジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、補強性充填剤を10〜200質量部;例えばアントラキノンスルホン酸ナトリウムを0.1〜20質量部;および特定の環状ポリスルフィドを0.1〜10質量部配合してなるゴム組成物によって上記課題を解決した。【選択図】なし
