Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film which has such a sandwich structure that rust preventive layers are formed on both sides of a conductive layer and the conductive layer is sandwiched between the rust preventive layers and thereby can suppress occurrence of curling of the conductive film, and can stabilize a surface resistance value of the conductive film; and an electromagnetic wave shield sheet using the same.SOLUTION: A conductive film has a first rust preventive layer 2, a conductive layer 3 and a second rust preventive layer 4 formed on at least one surface side of a resin film 1 in this order. A surface resistance value after the conductive film has been heated at 160°C for 60 minutes is 10 Ω/square or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】導電層の両側に防錆層を形成して、導電層を防錆層で挟みこむサンドイッチ構造とすることで、導電性フィルムのカールの発生を抑制できるとともに、導電性フィルムの表面抵抗値を安定化できる導電性フィルム及びそれを用いた電磁波シールドシートを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の導電性フィルムは、樹脂フィルム1の少なくとも一方の面側に第1の防錆層2と、導電層3と、第2の防錆層4とがこの順に形成された導電性フィルムであって、前記導電性フィルムを160℃で60分間加熱した後の表面抵抗値が、10Ω/□以下である。【選択図】図1 |
