Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator of electric motor which has a wound body of insulated wires laminated in a generally aligned state with a high space factor, while reducing a stress distortion on a teeth part of a segment core, which is generated together with improvement of a space factor.SOLUTION: The stator of electric motor is covered with an insulator 8 for improving the insulation property relative to an insulated wire 5 wound on the periphery of a segment core 1. The insulator 8 not only ensures the insulation property relative to the insulated wire 5 but also has a function that, when the wound body of the insulated wire 5 is pressed, the insulator 8 deforms into a concave shape on the inner wall side at the bottom which comes into contact with the first layer at the bottom of the wound body of the insulated wire 5. With this, generally a half circular part of the insulated wire 5, which comes into contact with the inner wall at the bottom part of the insulator 8 on the first layer at the bottom of the wound body is prevented from being deformed. The wound body of the insulated wire 5 is stored within a range of a virtual boundary 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】略整列状態に積層された高占積率な絶縁電線の巻装体を提供し、かつ、占積率の向上に伴って生じるセグメントコアのティース部の応力歪の低減を図ること。【解決手段】セグメントコア1の周辺に巻回される絶縁電線5との絶縁性を更に高めるためのインシュレータ8で被覆されている。このインシュレータ8は、絶縁電線5との絶縁性を保つだけではなく、絶縁電線5の巻装体をプレスする際に、絶縁電線5の巻装体の最下層一層目と接するインシュレータ8の底部の内壁面側が凹み、インシュレータ8の底部の内壁面に接する絶縁電線5の巻装体の最下層一層目の下側の略半円部は変形しない構成を図っている。仮想境界面10の範囲内に絶縁電線5の巻装体を収容する。【選択図】図5
