Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture, light-weight and low-cost panel-shaped soundproof material formed by combining synthetic resin foam and honeycomb material.SOLUTION: A soundproof material 1 comprises a base material 2 consisting of synthetic resin foam molded into a plate shape, a first honeycomb material 3A inserted into the base material to the middle of thickness from one of its faces and a second honeycomb material 3B inserted into the base material to the middle of thickness from the other of its faces. The first honeycomb material and the second honeycomb material are substantially the same in sectional shape and size of these cells 30, and are so inserted into the base material as to deviate the arrangement of the cells from one another in a planar view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】合成樹脂発泡体とハニカム材とを組み合わせたパネル状の防音材として、製造が容易であって、軽量で、低コストのものを提供する。【解決手段】防音材1は、板状に成形された合成樹脂発泡体よりなる基材2と、基材にその一方の面から厚さ中間まで差し込まれている第1ハニカム材3Aと、基材にその他方の面から厚さ中間まで差し込まれている第2ハニカム材3Bとを備えている。第1ハニカム材および第2ハニカム材は、これらのセル30の断面の形状および大きさがほぼ同一のものであって、平面より見て互いのセルの配置がずれるように基材に差し込まれている。【選択図】図1
