Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure an angle formed by measuring shafts of two H coils of a magnetic sensor having the bidirectional H coils.SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor 4 is installed in a rotatable manner inside a solenoid coil 5; two parallel non-magnetic and non-conductive rods 7, 8 are inserted from the outside of the solenoid coil 5 so as to move forward and backward with rotation of the magnetic sensor 4; respective H coils 2, 3 are rotated; and for the respective H coils 2, 3, an angle at which induced voltage due to the solenoid coil 5 becomes maximum is acquired from displacement difference between the two rods 7, 8. Consequently, the angle of the magnetic sensor 4 formed by the measuring shafts of the two H coils 2, 3 can be measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】2方向のHコイルを有する磁気センサの2つのHコイルの計測軸が成す角度を精度良く計測すること。【解決手段】本発明では、ソレノイドコイル(5)の内部に磁気センサ(4)を回転可能に載置するとともに、ソレノイドコイル(5)の外部から2本の平行な非磁性・非導電性のロッド(7,8)を磁気センサ(4)の回転に伴って進退可能に挿通し、各Hコイル(2,3)を回転させて各Hコイル(2,3)についてソレノイドコイル(5)による誘起電圧が最大となる角度を2本のロッド(7,8)の変位差から求めることによって、磁気センサ(4)の2つのHコイル(2,3)の計測軸が成す角度を計測することにした。【選択図】図1 |
