Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device that can manufacture a steel bar with anchorage body in a required shape without causing a large stress during processing.SOLUTION: A hollow part 15 in a shape of anchorage body is in communication with outside at an opening 16 to which one end of a steel bar 3 can be inserted. The hollow part is formed inside a mold 10. A high temperature melting material 20 is inserted in the mold 10 and one end of the steel bar 3 is inserted in the opening 16, then an anchorage body 5 made of the material 20 is fastened to one end of the steel bar 3 by cooling the material 20. It is preferable that a diameter W16 of the opening 16 is substantially the same as a sectional diameter W3 of the steel bar 3. The opening 16 is closed by inserting one end of the steel bar 3 and cooled. The high temperature melting material 20 can be metal, resin or resin mixed with strengthening material, for example.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】加工時に大きな応力を発生させずに所要形状の定着物付き鉄筋を製造できる方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】鉄筋3の一端が挿入可能な開口16で外部と連通する定着体形状の中空部15が内部に形成された鋳型10に高温溶融材料20を装入すると共に,開口16に鉄筋3の一端を挿入し,材料20を冷却して鉄筋3の一端に材料20製の定着体5を固着させる。好ましくは,開口16の径W16を鉄筋3の断面径W3と実質上同じ大きさとし,鉄筋3の一端の挿入により開口16を塞ぎながら冷却する。高温溶融材料20は,例えば金属,樹脂,又は強度増加材が混入された樹脂とすることができる。【選択図】 図1
