Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid feeding method and a liquid feeding device that can suppress an air bubble from being formed when feeding a liquid.SOLUTION: A liquid feeding device comprises: a preparation tank 2, a storage tank 3, first piping 11 extended to rise toward a downstream side of a flow passage, second piping 12 extended in a horizontal direction, third piping 13 extended to fall toward the downstream side of the flow passage, fourth piping 14, a valve 21, and a filling machine 4. The first piping is filled with a liquid until the liquid level in the first piping reaches the liquid level in the preparation tank by opening the valve without pressurizing the inside of the preparation, and the first piping is filled with the liquid by continuously pressuring the inside of the preparation tank up to first pressure. The second piping is filled with the liquid by closing the valve to an opening less than a full opening, and continuously pressuring the inside of the preparation tank until second pressure is reached, and the liquid in the second piping is made to flow in the third piping so as to push air in the third piping and fourth piping out to the side of the storage tank and also to pump the liquid to the storage tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】送液する際に気泡が生じることを抑制することができる送液方法及び送液装置を提供する。【解決手段】調製タンク2と、貯留タンク3と、流路の下流側に向けて上昇するように延設された第1配管11と、水平方向に延設された第2配管12と、流路の下流側に向けて下降するように延設された第3配管13と、第4配管14と、バルブ21と、充填機4とを備え、調製タンク内を加圧せずにバルブを開放して、第1配管内の液面が調製タンク内の液面と等しくなるまで第1配管内に液体を満たし、調製タンク内を第1圧力まで連続的に加圧することで、第1配管内を満液とし、バルブを全開よりも閉じた開度とし、第2圧力に達するまで調製タンク内を連続的に加圧することで第2配管を満液とし、第2配管から液体を第3配管内に流入させることで前3配管及び第4配管内の空気を貯留タンク側に押し出すとともに液体を貯留タンクに圧送する。【選択図】図1
