Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration of a three-dimensional molding method so as not to cause trouble in travelling of a powder feeding blade even when a protruding sintered part is generated in a narrow sintered region.SOLUTION: In a three-dimensional molding method, a fine sintered region 11 in which any one of a cross-sectional area or an average diameter in a horizontal direction, a molding width, and an undercut angle at an end part is a prescribed quantity or less, is pre-stored by a control system, or determined by the control system in a sintering step, and if a protruding sintered part 12 is formed above the sintered region 11, all or part of the protruding sintered part 12 is cut off by a rotary cutting tool 3, and thereby no trouble in travelling of a powder feeding blade 2 occurs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 【課題】狭小な焼結部分において盛り上がり焼結部が発生したとしても、粉末供給用ブレードの走行に支障が生じないような三次元造形方法の構成を提供すること。【解決手段】水平方向の断面積又は平均径、造形幅、端部におけるアンダーカット角度が何れも所定量以下となるような微細な焼結領域11を、事前に制御システムによって記憶するか、又は焼結工程において、制御システムが判断することによって、当該焼結領域11の上側に盛り上がり焼結部12が形成された場合には、回転切削工具3によって当該盛り上がり焼結部12の全部又は一部を切除することによって、粉末供給用ブレード2の走行に支障が発生していない三次元造形方法。【選択図】図10
