Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conditioning rolling method that enables stable rolling without generating jumping.SOLUTION: In a conditioning rolling method for rolling an annealed steel plate at a draft of 10% or less by using a lubricant, lubricant concentration is adjusted in accordance with the quality of the steel plate and a desired draft. When the lubricant is to be supplied into a rolling machine, a lubricant stock liquid and a diluent are mixed for supply before jetting with a nozzle, and further the lubricant concentration is adjusted by adjusting the flow ratio of the lubricant stock liquid and the diluent. Conditioning rolling equipment for rolling a steel plate comprises a mixer that enables the lubricant concentration to be adjusted by mixing the lubricant stock liquid and the diluent and nozzles 4,5 for jetting lubricants 1,2 conditioned by the mixer to the inlet sides of work rolls 6,7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ジャンピングを発生させずに、安定した圧延を行うことができる調質圧延方法を提供する。【解決手段】焼鈍後の鋼板を、潤滑剤を用いて圧下率10%以下で圧延する調質圧延方法において、鋼板の材質および所望の圧下率に応じて、潤滑剤濃度を調整する。また、潤滑剤を圧延機に供給するに際して、潤滑剤原液、および希釈液をノズルで噴射する前に混合して供給し、さらに、潤滑剤原液と希釈液の流量比を調節することで潤滑剤の濃度を調節する。鋼板の圧延を行う調質圧延設備であって、潤滑剤原液と希釈液を混合して潤滑剤の濃度を調整可能なミキサと、ミキサによって調整された潤滑剤1,2を、ワークロール6,7の入側に噴射するノズル4,5と、を備えたことを特徴とする調質圧延設備。【選択図】図1
