Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adaptively perform terminal grouping and resource allocation to each group on the basis of a use resource of a base station and a terminal subordinate to the base station, to reduce a surplus resource generated caused by the fluctuation of transmission traffic at the terminal.SOLUTION: In a radio communication system, a base station groups terminals subordinate thereto and allocates a resource for each group, to thereby control communication between the base station and the terminals. The radio communication system includes: use resource measurement means for measuring each use resource used for transmission by the base station and the terminal subordinate to the base station; and grouping control means for grouping the terminals subordinate to the base station on the basis of the use resource when the use resource is equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold, and performing resource allocation to each group on the basis of the use resource of each group or a request resource.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】基地局および基地局配下の端末の使用リソースに基づき、端末のグループ化と各グループへのリソース割当を適応的に行い、端末の送信トラヒック変動に起因して発生する余剰リソースを低減する。【解決手段】基地局が配下の端末をグループ化し、グループごとにリソースを割り当てて基地局と端末との間の通信を制御する無線通信システムにおいて、基地局および基地局配下の端末が送信に使用している使用リソースを測定する使用リソース測定手段と、使用リソースが所定の閾値以上のときに、使用リソースに基づいて基地局配下の端末のグループ化を行い、さらに各グループの使用リソースまたは要求リソースに基づいて各グループへのリソース割当を行うグループ化制御手段とを備える。【選択図】 図1
