Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire and a lighting fixture which maintain high color rendering properties, and which emit illumination light that excels in other appearance of an object to be radiated.SOLUTION: A luminaire includes: a light source 10 having a solid light emitting element for emitting light of an emission spectrum which has first emission peak intensity in the wavelength region of 440 nm or greater and 465 nm or less, and second emission peak intensity which is larger than the first emission peak intensity in the wavelength region of 600 nm or greater and 640 nm or less; and a filter 20 arranged on the emission side of the light source 10 and having an absorption characteristic in the wavelength region of 580 nm or greater and 600 nm or less. In the light from the light source 10 which has transmitted the filter 20, Duv for showing color deviation is -10 or greater and 0 or less, Ra for showing a general color rendering index is 90 or greater, PS for showing a favorable index of skin color is 90 or greater and FCI for showing a feeling of contrast index is 120 or greater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高い演色性を維持しつつ、その他の照射物の見え方にも優れた照明光を発する照明装置及び照明器具を提供する。【解決手段】440nm以上465nm以下の波長域に第1の発光ピーク強度と600nm以上640nm以下の波長域に第1の発光ピーク強度よりも大きい第2の発光ピーク強度とを有する発光スペクトルの光を出射する固体発光素子を有する光源10と、光源10の光出射側に配置され、580nm以上600nm以下の波長域に吸収特性を有するフィルタ20とを備え、フィルタ20を透過した光源10からの光は、色偏差を示すDuvが−10以上0以下であり、平均演色評価数を示すRaが90以上、肌色の好ましさ指数を示すPSが90以上であり、目立ち指数を示すFCIが120以上である。【選択図】図1
