Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing inorganic powder sintered compact suitable for the suppression of cracks, deformation or the like upon firing a large-sized molded body.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing an inorganic powder sintered compact where a molded body of inorganic powder is mounted on a firing fixture and is fired. The firing fixture includes: a plurality of supporting members for partially supporting the molded body; and a base to be mounted with the supporting members. A plurality of the supporting members includes: the planar first supporting member arranged most closely to the centroid of the molded body; and the second supporting member arranged far from the centroid of the molded body than the first supporting member, and the support by the second supporting member is smaller than the support by the first supporting member in the variation of the molded body to the base.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】大型の成形体を焼成する際の割れ、変形等の抑制に好適な無機粉末焼結体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】無機粉末の成形体を焼成治具に載置して焼成する無機粉末焼結体の製造方法であって、前記焼成治具が、前記成形体を部分的に支持するための複数の支持部材と、前記支持部材が載置される基台とを有し、前記複数の支持部材は、前記成形体の重心に最も近く配置された平板状の第一の支持部材と、前記第一の支持部材よりも前記成形体の重心から遠くに配置された第二の支持部材とからなり、前記第一の支持部材による支持よりも第二の支持部材による支持の方が、前記基台に対する前記成形体の変位への拘束力が小さいことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
