Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a metal plate with a groove which hardly thins a thickness of the metal plate on a groove part.SOLUTION: A plurality of roller forming molds 20 each having a protrusion type roller 25 and a recess type roller 22 making a pair are arranged in a flow direction of a flat plate shaped metal plate 1. The metal plate is caused to pass between the protrusion type roller 25 and the recess type roller 22 forming a pair, and a groove part 41 continuing in the flow direction is formed stepwise on the metal plate by the plurality of roller forming molds 20. A clearance of the protrusion type roller 25 and the recess type roller 22 making a pair is formed smaller toward the downstream in the flow direction of the metal plate. An interval between protrusion parts 23 adjoining to each other and an interval between recess parts 24 adjoining to each other are respectively formed smaller toward the downstream in the flow direction of the metal plate. The groove part 41 is formed such that the metal plate is sandwiched by the protrusion part 23 and the recess part 24 making a pair.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】溝部での金属板の厚みが薄くなりにくい溝付き金属板を形成する。【解決手段】対となる凸型ロール25と凹型ロール22とを有するロール成形型20を平板状の金属板1の流れ方向に複数配置する。金属板を対となる凸型ロール25と凹型ロール22との間に通して、金属板にその流れ方向に連続する溝部41を複数のロール成形型20で段階的に成形する。対となる凸型ロール25と凹型ロール22のクリアランスは、金属板の流れ方向の下流に向かうにしたがって小さく形成される。隣り合う凸部23の間隔及び隣り合う凹部24の間隔はそれぞれ、金属板の流れ向の下流に向かうにしたがって小さく形成される。溝部41は、対となる凸部23と凹部24とで金属板が挟まれて形成される。【選択図】図4
