Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective agent composition preventing corrosion of a neighboring dissimilar metal member by corrosion current between metals in the neighboring dissimilar metal member, an electrical connection structure using the same, and a manufacturing method of the electrical connection structure.SOLUTION: There are provided: a surface protective agent composition by blending (a) a lubricant base oil, (b) at least one kind of compound selected from specific phosphorus compounds of 0.005 to 2.0 mass% as phosphorus element conversion amount based on the total amount of the composition, (c) an amide compound of 0.1 to 40 mass% based on the total amount of the composition, and (d) a specific alkali metal or alkali earth metal salicylate and/or a (per)basic salt thereof of 0.005 t 3.0 mass% as metal element conversion amount based on the total amount of the composition; and an electrical connection structure 20 with a surface protective layer 24 consisting of the surface protective agent composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】近接する異種金属部材における金属間の腐食電流による前記部材の腐食を抑制する表面保護剤組成物、前記組成物を用いた電気接続構造及び電気接続構造の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】(a)潤滑油基油に、(b)特定のリン化合物から選ばれる化合物の少なくとも1種を、組成物全量基準で、リン元素換算量として、0.005〜2.0質量%、(c)アミド化合物を、組成物全量基準で、0.1〜40質量%、(d)特定のアルカリ金属又はアルカリ土類金属サリシレート、及び/又はその(過)塩基性塩を、組成物全量基準で、金属元素換算量として、0.005〜3.0質量%、を配合してなる表面保護剤組成物、及び前記表面保護剤組成物からなる表面保護層24を形成させた電気接続構造20。【選択図】図1
