Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical care support device capable of reliably preventing oversight of an indication of a progress of a medical care process which is realized with an icon, an activation method and activation program of the medical care support device, and a medical care support system.SOLUTION: When a special icon 81B disposed at an item of an examination is present in a non-display part, if a medical-use report 26 of each of various medical examinations whose progress is indicated with a small icon 82 of the special icon 81B has not been verified by medical staff, an unverified medical care process indicator 80 signifying that there is a medical examination whose medical-use report 26 has not been verified is displayed in a first display screen image 15A.
