The first all-item-number display column 80A is configured by arranging a first block 87A that is as many as an all-item-number totalizing the number of the items of a display portion and a non-display portion. The second all-item-number display column 80B is configured by arranging a second block 87B that is as many as the number of information on all the patients totalizing the number of the items of patient information of the display portion and the non-display portion.
