Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device which can accurately detect presence/absence of hooking in a hoistway by vibration of a long article such as a main rope.SOLUTION: An elevator device includes: a hoistway; a car for travelling in the hoistway in an elevatable/lowerable manner; and a long article in which at least one end part is fixed with respect to the car and an intermediate part is supported in a slidable manner. It also includes: a tension measurement device for measuring tension of the long article; and a calculation unit for determining presence/absence of hooking of the long article in the hoistway by the comparison between a first value regarding the vibration of the long article calculated based on the location of the car in the hoistway and a second value regarding the vibration of the long article calculated based on the change in tension acquired by the tension measurement device, in a state where the travelling of the car is shifted to a long article vibration control operation and stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】主ロープなどの長尺物の振れによる昇降路内においての引っ掛かりの有無を精度よく感知することが可能なエレベータ装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】昇降路と、前記昇降路内を昇降自在に走行する乗りカゴと、少なくとも一方の端部が前記乗りカゴに対して固定され中間部が摺動自在に支持された長尺物とを備えたエレベータ装置において、前記長尺物の張力を測定するための張力計測器と、前記乗りカゴの走行が長尺物振れ管制運転に移行して停止した状態で、前記昇降路内における当該乗りカゴの位置に基づいて算出された前記長尺物の振れに関する第1の値と前記張力計測器で得られた張力の変化に基づいて算出された前記長尺物の振れに関する第2の値との比較により、前記昇降路内における前記長尺物の引っ掛かりの有無を判断する演算部とを備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
