Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stop cock manufacturing method capable of smoothly manufacturing a stop cock having an undercut part without deteriorating productivity.SOLUTION: A stop cock 10 comprises a first connection part 13 having an undercut part 12, a second connection part 15 having an outer screw part 14, and a water stop part 17 having an inner screw part 16 and blocking the flow of water between the first connection part 13 and the second connection part 15. A stop cock body 11 is formed of a resin containing a rubber-like elastic body, and the screw parts 14, 16 are formed of insert members 28, 35. When the stop cock 10 is molded, the insert members 28, 35 are arranged in a mold. After a molten resin containing the rubber-like elastic body is injected from a gate into a cavity to form the stop cock body 11, a stationary mold is opened, a movable mold is forcibly pulled out from the first connection part 13, and movable molds are pulled out from the second connection part 15 and the water stop part 17 to produce the stop cock 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】生産性の低下を招くことなく、アンダーカット部を有する止水栓を円滑に製造することができる止水栓の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】止水栓10は、アンダーカット部12を有する第1の接続部13と、外ねじ部14を有する第2の接続部15と、内ねじ部16を有し、第1の接続部13及び第2の接続部15との間の水の流れを遮断する止水部17とを備えている。止水栓本体11はゴム状弾性体入りの樹脂で形成され、ねじ部14、16はインサート部材28、35で形成される。止水栓10の成形時には、金型内にインサート部材28、35を配置し、ゲートからキャビティにゴム状弾性体入りの溶融樹脂を射出して止水栓本体11を成形した後、固定型を型開きし、第1の接続部13では可動型を無理抜きし、第2の接続部15及び止水部17においては可動型を抜き出して止水栓10を製造する。【選択図】図1 |
