Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a microneedle array with sharp tip ends.SOLUTION: A casting mold with a fine opening is formed at a tip of a microneedle, and a thermoplastic resin is thermally crimped by an injection molding method and a press method to produce burr. When the thermoplastic resin is cooled down to enhance the hardness, the burr is fractured to form a sharp tip at the tip end of the microneedle. The manufacturing method can produce a microneedle array with sharp tip ends. This method can thus easily manufacture the microneedle array that can easily puncture a skin by just pressing it with a finger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鋭利な先端部を持つマイクロニードルアレイの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】マイクロニードルの先端部に微細な開口部を持つ鋳型を作成し、熱可塑性樹脂を射出成形法やプレス法で圧着して、バリを発生させる。熱可塑性樹脂が冷えて硬度が高くなった時に、バリを破断することによって、マイクロニードルの先端部に鋭利な先端を作製する。この製造方法により、鋭利な先端を持つマイクロニードルアレイを作製することができる。この結果、指で押圧するだけで、容易に皮膚に穿刺できるマイクロニードルアレイを作製することができるようになった。【選択図】図2 |
