PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method in cloud service for coping with the disorder of a database server in which the content of a service contract is taken into account.SOLUTION: Provided is a computer system, equipped with a plurality of computers, including a first computer for managing the computer system and a plurality of second computers for providing computer resources, with a business system including a plurality of business computers. The first computer has a coping procedure generation unit which holds service requirement management information for managing the service requirements of the business system and coping method management information for managing a coping method for improving the performance degradation of the business computers and generates coping procedure management information.
