Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoluminescent toner that can form an image having suppressed unevenness in luminosity.SOLUTION: There is provided a photoluminescent toner comprising toner particles including a flat photoluminescent pigment having an area average particle diameter of 5 μm or more and 15 μm or less, a volume average particle diameter distribution index GSDV, U obtained from the following formula (1) of 1.25 or more and 1.70 or less, and a volume average particle diameter distribution index GSDv, D obtained from the following formula (2) of 1.10 or more and 1.40 or less. The formula (1): GSDv, U=(D84v/D50v); the formula (2): GSDv, D=(D50v/D16v). In the formulas (1) and (2), D84v represents a particle diameter at an accumulation of 84% from a small diameter side in a cumulative distribution based on volume of the photoluminescent pigment; D50v represent a particle diameter at an accumulation of 50% from the small diameter side in the cumulative distribution; D16v represent a particle diameter at an accumulation of 16% from the small particle side in the cumulative distribution.SELECTED DRAWING: None
