Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional structure and a manufacturing method thereof are complicated and have poor productivity.SOLUTION: Since a structure includes: a through hole 15 fitted to a balance staff (not shown) in a hair spring 10 mainly comprising silicon; and a first surface (inclined surface) 13 that is formed at the end part of the through hole 15 and on which a (111) plane of silicon is exposed, the balance staff is easily fitted to the through hole 15, and productivity can be improved. Also, since a portion of the first surface (inclined surface) 13 can be used as a reservoir of adhesive for bonding the fitting hole 15 and the balance staff when the balance staff is fitted to the fitting hole 15, an adhesion area is increased. Consequently, adhesion strength is increased, and fixing force between the hair spring 10 and the balance staff can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】従来の構造体及びその製造方法は、煩雑で生産性が悪いという問題があった。【解決手段】シリコンを主成分とするひげぜんまい10におけるてん真(図示せず)と嵌合する貫通穴15と、貫通穴15の縁部に形成されるシリコンの(111)面が露出する第1の面(斜面)13とを備えことで、貫通穴15にてん真を嵌合しやすくなり、生産性を向上させることができる。また、嵌合穴15に、てん真を嵌合した際に第1の面(斜面)13の部分を嵌合穴15とてん真とを接着するための接着剤溜まりとして利用することができるため接着面積が増加する。これにより、接着強度が増大しひげぜんまい10とてん真との固定力を向上させることができる。【選択図】図1
