Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging device capable of suppressing posture change of an object to be packaged, and properly packaging the object to be packaged.SOLUTION: A packaging device 1 comprises: a first feeder unit 51 for holding a peripheral edge part of a stretch film F on a front side; a second feeder unit 52 for holding the peripheral edge part of the stretch film F on a rear side; a lifter mechanism 20 for pressing an object W to be packaged against the stretch film F; a third folding plate 63 for folding the peripheral edge part of the stretch film F on the rear side to the lower side of the object W to be packaged; and a discharge pusher 65 for pushing out the object W to be packaged to the front side. The first feeder unit 51 moves so as to reduce a tensile force of the held stretch film F from the time when the third folding plate 63 starts to fold the peripheral edge part of the stretch film F on the rear side to the lower side of the object W to be packaged until the time when the discharge pusher 65 starts to push out the object W to be packaged from the rear side to the front side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】被包装物の姿勢変化を抑制し、被包装物を適切に包装することができる包装装置を提供する。【解決手段】包装装置1は、前方側のストレッチフィルムFの周縁部を保持する第1フィーダユニット51と、後方側のストレッチフィルムFの周縁部を保持する第2フィーダユニット52と、ストレッチフィルムFに対して被包装物Wを押し付けるリフター機構20と、後方側のストレッチフィルムFの周縁部を被包装物Wの下側に折り込む第3折り込み板63と、被包装物Wを前方側に押し出す排出プッシャー65と、を備える。第3折り込み板63によって後方側のストレッチフィルムFの周縁部が被包装物Wの下側に折り込まれ始めてから、排出プッシャー65が被包装物Wを後方側から前方側に押し出し始めるまでに、保持したストレッチフィルムFの張力が低減するように第1フィーダユニット51が移動する。【選択図】図8 |
