PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a pre-crash seat belt device for a vehicle capable of suppressing an oppressive feeling on an occupant, in the case where the collision of the vehicle is avoided.SOLUTION: A pre-crash seat belt device includes: a buckle movement mechanism 32 for mutually moving a buckle 20 in which a tongue 24 is engaged between a normal position and an elevated position; a retractor 26 including a spool 34 around which one end part of a webbing 22 is wound, and which is rotatable in a winding direction and a drawing direction of the webbing 22, and a lock mechanism which locks the rotation of the spool 34 in the drawing direction and in which a lock state is released by rotating the spool 34 in the winding direction; and a control unit 36 which increases tension acting on the webbing 22 by rotating the spool 34 in the winding direction by a signal from a collision prediction sensor 46, and which moves the buckle 20 from the normal position to the elevated position by actuating the buckle movement mechanism 32 in the case where the collision of the vehicle is avoided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】車両の衝突が回避された場合に、乗員に圧迫感を与えるのを抑制することができる車両用プリクラッシュシートベルト装置を得る。【解決手段】タング２４が係合されるバックル２０を通常位置と上昇位置との間で相互に移動させるバックル移動機構３２と、ウェビング２２の一端部が巻き掛けられると共にウェビング２２の巻取方向及び引出方向に回転可能なスプール３４と、スプール３４の引出方向への回転をロックすると共にスプール３４を巻取方向へ回転させることでロック状態が解除されるロック機構と、を備えたリトラクタ２６と、衝突予知センサ４６からの信号によりスプール３４を巻取方向へ回転させてウェビング２２に作用する張力を増加させると共に、車両の衝突が回避された場合にバックル移動機構３２を作動させてバックル２０を通常位置から上昇位置へ移動させる制御部３６と、を有する。【選択図】図４
