PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder belt capable of greatly reducing pain generated near a collarbone.SOLUTION: A shoulder belt 1 comprises: a first body 2 which is arranged on one end side and extends in a predetermined direction; a second body 3 which is arranged on the other end side of the shoulder belt 1 and extends in the predetermined direction; a first bent part 4 whose one end is connected to the first body 2, and which extends while being bent in a range of 25 to 155 degrees with respect to the predetermined direction; and a second bent part 5 whose one end is connected to the second body 3, and which extends while being bent in the range of 25 to 155 degrees with respect to the predetermined direction.
