Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a logic circuit capable of operating even by unipolar depletion transistors.SOLUTION: A logic circuit comprises: a source follower circuit; and a logic circuit where an output part of the source follower circuit is connected to an input part and all of included transistors are unipolar. Potential of wiring on a low-potential side connected to the source follower circuit is lower than that of wiring on a low-potential side connected to the logic circuit including the transistors all of which is unipolar. By doing this, the logic circuit capable of operating even by use of unipolar depletion transistors can be provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】デプレション型の単極性のトランジスタでも動作可能な論理回路を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】ソースフォロワ回路と、該ソースフォロワ回路の出力部が入力部に接続され、具備するトランジスタのすべてが単極性の論理回路と、を有し、ソースフォロワ回路に接続されている低電位側の配線の電位は、該トランジスタのすべてが単極性の論理回路に接続されている低電位側の配線よりも低くして論理回路を構成する。このようにすることで、デプレション型の単極性のトランジスタでも動作可能な論理回路を提供することができる。【選択図】図1
