PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a menu creation system.SOLUTION: A menu creation system includes: a menu name input reception processing part that receives input of menu names written in a first language and notation that facilitates pronunciation in the first language by persons who cannot understand or can understand little Japanese; a menu introduction sentence processing part that receives input of menu introduction sentences in the first language; a menu attribute processing part that receives selective input of menu attributes; an automatic translation processing part that translates the menu introduction sentences into ones in a second language; a corresponding foreign language term storage part; an input information foreign language conversion processing part that converts the menu attributes into ones in the second language; a menu information storage part; and a menu information display processing part that displays menu information on terminals in restaurants. The menu information display processing part displays, as the menu information, the menu names that can be pronounced in the first language by the persons who cannot understand or can understand little Japanese, menu introduction sentences in the second language, and menu attributes in the second language.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】メニュー生成システムを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】メニュー名について，第１言語による表記と，外国人が第１言語による発音が可能な表記などの入力を受け付けるメニュー名入力受付処理部，第１言語でメニュー紹介文の入力を受け付けるメニュー紹介文処理部，メニュー属性について選択による入力を受け付けるメニュー属性処理部，メニュー紹介文を第２言語に翻訳する自動翻訳処理部，外国語対応用語記憶部，メニュー属性を第２言語に変換する入力情報外国語変換処理部，メニュー情報記憶部，メニュー情報を飲食店端末などに表示させるメニュー情報表示処理部，を備えており，メニュー情報表示処理部は，メニュー情報として，外国人が第１言語による発音が可能な表記によるメニュー名，第２言語によるメニュー紹介文，第２言語によるメニューの属性を表示させる，メニュー生成システムである。【選択図】図１
