Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection jig capable of improving accuracy of a performance test for a valve for fuel piping.SOLUTION: An inspection jig 1 for a valve for fuel piping comprises a sensor part 3 having an L-shaped cross section and hollow shape, and a light emission part 4 provided adjacently at the end side of a horizontal shaft part of the sensor part 3 and having a reed switch. The sensor part 3 includes a movable magnetic material inside thereof and has a movement control member on the vertical axis part side and the horizontal axis part side with respect to the magnetic material. The end portion of the horizontal axis part is sealed. The inspection jig is attached on an inlet port side of the valve for fuel piping. When the valve for fuel piping is closed, the bottom part of a main piston comes in contact with the upper end part of the movement control member provided at the end portion of the vertical axis part of the sensor part 3, the magnetic material in the sensor part 3 moves into an operation distance range of the reed switch of the light emission part 4, then the contact part of the reed piece of the reed switch is closed and the light emission part 4 is lit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】燃料配管用バルブの性能試験の精度を向上させる検査治具を提供する。【解決手段】断面L字型かつ中空形状のセンサー部3と、センサー部3の水平軸部の端部側に隣接して配設され、リードスイッチを有する発光部4とを備え、センサー部3は、移動可能な磁性体を内部に含み、磁性体に関して垂直軸部側および水平軸部側に移動制御部材を有しており、水平軸部の末端がシールされており、検査治具1は、燃料配管用バルブのインレットポート側に取り付けられ、燃料配管用バルブの閉止時には、メインピストンの底面部とセンサー部3の垂直軸部の末端部に設けられた移動制御部材の上端部とが接触し、センサー部3内の磁性体が発光部4のリードスイッチの作動距離範囲内に移動し、リードスイッチのリード片の接点部が閉じて発光部4が点灯する。【選択図】図1
