PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen knife holder fitting structure capable of appropriately preventing a kitchen knife holder from being raised together with a kitchen knife without greatly spoiling attachment and detachment easiness of the kitchen knife holder to/from a bracket.SOLUTION: A kitchen knife holder fitting structure C is such that a bracket 2 and a kitchen knife holder 3 are provided with first and second engaging parts 21 and 31 engageable with each other by arranging the kitchen knife holder 3 at a front side of the bracket 2 so as to be hooked to the bracket 2. Furthermore, there is included a bracing force generating member 4 for generating a bracing force for moving to the front side of the bracket 2 by opposing the kitchen knife holder 3 to the bracket 2, and the first and second engaging parts 21 and 31 are formed so as to be pressure-welded with each other in a nearly horizontal direction by the bracing force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】ブラケットに対する包丁差しの着脱容易性などを大きく損なうことなく、包丁差しが包丁と一緒に持ち上がることを適切に防止することが可能な包丁差し取付け構造を提供する。【解決手段】ブラケット２および包丁差し３には、包丁差し３をブラケット２の前面側に配置させてブラケット２に掛止させることができるように互いに係合可能な第１および第２の係合部２１，３１が設けられている、包丁差し取付け構造Ｃであって、包丁差し３をブラケット２に相対させてブラケット２の前方側へ移動させる向きの突っ張り力を発生させる突っ張り力発生部材４を、さらに備えており、第１および第２の係合部２１，３１は、突っ張り力によって略水平方向において互いに圧接するように構成されている。【選択図】 図３
