Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power supply system and a deterioration diagnostic method for a secondary battery, capable of accurately and quickly grasping a replacement time for the secondary battery.SOLUTION: A power supply system comprises: a rectification circuit 11 for rectifying output of an AC power supply 50; a step-down power supply 12 for stepping down output of the rectification circuit 11 to a first DC voltage Va to apply the first DC voltage to a load 60; a battery charger 13 for converting the output of the rectification circuit 11 to a second DC voltage Vb lower than the first DC voltage Va to charge a secondary battery 2 with the second DC voltage; a voltage detection unit 14 for measuring a terminal voltage of the secondary battery 2; a current detection unit 15 for measuring charging/discharging current of the secondary battery 2; a control unit 16 for controlling an operation state of the battery charger on the basis of detection values of the voltage detection unit 14 and the current detection unit 15; and an operation display unit 24 for instructing the control unit 16 to perform a life deterioration diagnosis for the secondary battery 2 and displaying a result of the life deterioration diagnosis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】二次電池の交換時期を正確且つ迅速に把握することができる電力供給システムおよび二次電池の劣化診断方法を得ること。【解決手段】交流電源50の出力を整流する整流回路11と、整流回路11の出力を第1の直流電圧Vaに降圧して負荷60に印加する降圧電源12、整流回路11の出力を第1の直流電圧Vaよりも低い第2の直流電圧Vbに変換して二次電池2を充電するバッテリチャージャ13、二次電池2の端子電圧を計測する電圧検出部14、二次電池2の充放電電流を計測する電流検出部15、電圧検出部14および電流検出部15の検出値に基づいてバッテリチャージャの動作状態を制御する制御部16ならびに、制御部16に二次電池2の寿命劣化診断を指示し、寿命劣化診断の結果を表示する操作表示部24を備えた。【選択図】図1
