PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment for improving convenience by executing communication which seems desirable for a user himself or herself, and an automobile on which the communication equipment is mounted and a communication method.SOLUTION: Communication equipment 11 includes: a microphone 9; a control part connected to the microphone; and a speaker 8 and a memory connected to the control part. The control part includes a sensor (camera) 10 for detecting that a communication member registered in the memory exists alone in the neighborhood of at least either the microphone or the speaker.
