PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material odor test device capable of rapidly measuring a fragrance component of a sample having undergone a texture evaluation.SOLUTION: A material odor test device 1 includes: a sample mounting table 31a for supporting a sample S; a pressing unit 21 for charging a load on the sample S; and a test container 40. In the test container 40, the pressing unit 21, sample mounting table 31a, and sample S are disposed. The test container 40 includes an introduction pipe 45 for introducing gas into it, and a discharge pipe 44.
