Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge-rate estimation apparatus for accurately estimating a charge rate of a secondary battery during charging/discharging during which a current is being carried to the secondary battery.SOLUTION: A charge-rate estimation apparatus 39 for estimating a charge rate of a secondary battery 10, comprises: a current sensor 35 that detects a charge/discharge current; a voltage sensor 36 that detects a terminal voltage; a heat flux sensor S that detects a heat flux toward outside of the secondary battery 10; and a charge-rate estimation unit 38 that calculate a heating value of the secondary battery 10 on the basis of a detection value by the heat flux sensor S, calculates an open end voltage of the secondary battery 10 on the basis of the charge/discharge current, the terminal voltage, and the heating value, and estimates the charge rate of the secondary battery 10 on the basis of the open end voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】二次電池に電流が流れている充放電中において、二次電池の充電率を精度よく推定する充電率推定装置を提供する。【解決手段】二次電池10の充電率を推定する充電率推定装置39であって、充放電電流を検出する電流センサ35と、端子間電圧を検出する電圧センサ36と、二次電池10の外部へ向かう熱流束を検出する熱流束センサSと、熱流束センサSによる検出値に基づいて、二次電池10の発熱量を算出し、充放電電流と、端子間電圧と、発熱量とに基づいて、二次電池10の開放端電圧を算出し、開放端電圧に基づいて、二次電池10の充電率を推定する充電率推定部38と、を備える。【選択図】 図4
