Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle damping controller capable of changing a filter promptly according to a change in a vehicle state, and capable of suitably suppressing the occurrence of vibration or noise.SOLUTION: There is provided a vehicle damping controller mounted on a vehicle travelling by transmitting to a drive wheel the power output from at least one of an internal combustion engine and a drive motor 2 via a transmission. The vehicle damping controller includes a torque command unit 50 for outputting a torque command value to a drive motor 2, and a control unit 40 having a plurality of filters 41, 42, and 43, each of which has a different filter coefficient, for extracting a signal indicating vibration or noise of the drive motor 2.
