Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To render a conductive thin line constituting a conductive pattern of a touch panel sensor to be less likely visually recognized by an observer.SOLUTION: A touch panel sensor 30 is disposed on a display screen of an image display mechanism and includes a counter face 30a that forms a face opposing to the display screen of the image display mechanism, an opposite face 30b that forms a face on the opposite side to the counter face 30a, and a first electrode 41 and a second electrode 42 spaced in a thickness direction of the touch panel sensor 30. Each of the first electrode 41 and the second electrode 42 has a conductive pattern 50 including a conductive thin line 52 having a first face 52a forming a face on the counter face 30a side, a second face 52b forming a face on the opposite side, in the thickness direction of the touch panel sensor 30 side, to the first face 52a, and a pair of side faces 52c, 52d connecting the first face 52a and the second face 52b. A width of the conductive thin line 52 of the conductive pattern 50 varies to decrease from the second face 52b side to the first face 52a side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】タッチパネルセンサの導電性パターンをなす導電性細線が観察者に視認されることを抑制する。
