Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case structure of a belt-type continuously variable transmission which secures the rigidity of a case against belt tension, and can suppress noise and vibration resulting from an intermittent bending load acting in a direction orthogonal to an acting direction of the belt tension.SOLUTION: In a case structure of a belt-type continuously variable transmission which comprises one set of pulleys at a drive side and a driven side which are constituted of a fixed sheave and a movable sheave, a transmission belt which is wound to a pulley groove, and transmits power between the pulleys, and a case to which bearings of rotating shafts of the pulleys are fixed, and in which an oil passage for supplying oil to a hydraulic actuator for operating the movable sheave and the bearing is integrally formed at the case, a first oil passage extending in a direction substantially orthogonal to an acting direction of the tension of a transmission belt in an entering position, which is arranged at the case and in which the transmission belt starts to wind to the pulley groove, or in a release position, in which the transmission belt is finished to wind to the pulley groove, is formed at the oil passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】ベルト張力に対するケースの剛性を確保するとともに、ベルト張力の作用方向に垂直な方向に作用する断続的な曲げ荷重に起因する騒音や振動を抑制することができるベルト式無段変速機のケース構造を提供すること。【解決手段】固定シーブと可動シーブとよって構成される駆動側および従動側の一組のプーリ、プーリ溝に巻き掛けられて各プーリ間で動力を伝達する伝動ベルト、ならびに、各プーリの回転軸の軸受が固定されるケースを備え、可動シーブを動作させる油圧アクチュエータおよび軸受にそれぞれオイルを供給するための油路がケースに一体に形成されているベルト式無段変速機のケース構造において、油路に、ケースに設けられて伝動ベルトがプーリ溝に巻き掛かり始める進入位置もしくはプーリ溝に巻き掛かり終わる離脱位置における伝動ベルトの張力の作用方向にほぼ垂直な方向へ延びる第1油路を形成した。【選択図】図3
