Also described is a method for isolating MASCs comprising the steps of: (a) depleting from bone marrow monocytes CD45glycophorin Acells; (b) collecting CD45glycophorin Acells; (c) plating the collected CD45glycophorin Acells onto a matrix coating; and (d) culturing the plated cells in a culture medium supplemented with growth factors.SELECTED DRAWING: None
